Play responsibly, enjoy with peace of mind
jb999 believes online gaming should be an enjoyable experience — never a source of stress or problems. Our responsible gaming tools and guidelines are here to help you stay well and happy.
jb999's Responsible Gaming Policy
As a trusted online gaming platform in Bangladesh, jb999 places the protection of our members as its highest priority. We believe that enjoying online casino, slots, cricket betting, and fishing games is truly fun only when done within limits and with awareness.
When gaming turns from entertainment into compulsion, it can have a negative impact on personal, family, and financial life. Our goal is to help you prevent such situations. That is why jb999 provides multiple protective tools and clear guidelines, so every player can stay in control while they play.
Remember: online gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. You should never turn to gaming to relieve financial pressure or recover losses. Stay aware and responsible — that is what jb999 expects of you.
Our services for your protection
Set Deposit Limits
Set the maximum amount you can deposit per day, per week, or per month — entirely on your own terms. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a mandatory waiting period.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a break, activate a time-out for anywhere from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this period your account will be temporarily suspended and no login or betting will be possible.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of your control, apply for self-exclusion. This will keep your account closed for an extended period. The jb999 support team will assist you fully throughout this process.
Session Time Limit
Decide in advance how long you will play in each session. When the set time is up, a reminder notification will appear — this helps you stay aware and take a break on time.
Betting History & Tracking
Your full deposit, withdrawal, and betting history is available in your account. Keep track of your spending and use this information to seek help if needed.
Minor Protection
jb999 strictly verifies the 21+ age requirement. Identity is checked at registration and re-verified when necessary. Please prevent underage members of your household from accessing the account.
Core principles of responsible gaming
Plan a budget
Set a dedicated gaming budget that comes from money beyond your everyday needs. Never play with money set aside for food, rent, or your family. The minimum deposit at jb999 is just ৳500, giving you the option to start small.
Do not try to recover lost money
Wins and losses are both a normal part of gaming. The urge to bet more to recover money lost in a session is dangerous. Once you reach a set limit, take a break for the day.
Do not make gaming your only form of entertainment
Spend time with family and friends, exercise, and pursue hobbies. If you find that gaming is taking up most of your time, that is a warning sign.
Consider your mental state
Do not game when you are angry, frustrated, or emotionally distressed. In such states your ability to make decisions is reduced and the risk of overspending increases.
Do not play under the influence of alcohol or substances
Gaming under the influence of any substance weakens your judgement. Play with a clear and fresh mind — that is the key to the best experience.
Recognise the warning signs of a problem
If any of the following signs appear in you, seek help promptly.
- Your bet sizes are gradually increasing and you are taking more risks than before.
- You feel restless or irritable when trying to stop gaming.
- You are hiding gaming expenses from family or friends.
- You are betting more to try to recover money you have lost.
- Your attention is drifting away from work, studies, or family responsibilities and you are spending more time gaming.
- You are going into debt or borrowing money from others to fund gaming.
- You cannot find enjoyment in daily life unless you are gaming.
- You are lying about or hiding your gaming activity.
